Reported from the NSGIC conference held in Annapolis MD, February 2016.  The NSGIC HIFLD Subcommittee  announced the release of the HIFLD Open data portal, available at https://gii.dhs.gov/hifld/data/open . HIFLD Open provides publicly available datasets previously contained in HSIP 2015.
